When most people picture a suit, they probably imagine the usual two-piece. But did you know that King & Allen also create other garments as well? From waistcoats to overcoats, read on to find out all about our suit extras and why they can push your suiting style to the next level.

WAISTCOATS

At King & Allen, we are huge fans of the three-piece due to its versatility, style and practicality. For a wedding, three-piece suits are a great idea, as you can take off your jacket if you get too hot and still look smart. For business, a three-piece suit can really elevate your look. Having a couple of waistcoats that go with a suit is also a fantastic idea. You can have one in the same colour as your suit and one in a contrasting colour or pattern. This allows you to mix and match, freshening up a suit to give you a few different looks.

SHIRTS

We would always recommend having a bespoke shirt to go with your bespoke suit. There's nothing worse than having a beautiful bespoke suit fitted to your exact shape, only to ruin the overall look with an ill-fitting shirt. A great shirt will feel great, look great and allow you to add some flair to your style. Having a few shirts in your rotation can allow you to update a suit, giving it new life. There are so many options for the shirt as well, from the cuffs, to the collar to the trim. 

EXTRA TROUSERS

Having an extra pair of trousers to go with your suit is always a great choice. You can have an emergency pair to go with your wedding suit (in case of spills on the day!) or have an extra pair for a business suit to increase the longevity of the suit. As with the waistcoat, you could choose to have these trousers in the same cloth as the main suit, or you might choose to have a contrasting colour or pattern to liven up your look. COATS

A bespoke overcoat is a must-have item, especially for the winter months. Our measurements can take account of your suit, so that the coat will sit perfectly on top, without any tightness or creasing. Overcoats are a great choice for business wear, so you can show up to meetings in style. With so many different types of overcoat to choose from, you'll be sure to find one that complements your look.
