Made from 2-fold 100% cotton, and produced from long staple Egyptian and Sea Island yarns, bespoke shirts look and feel completely different from any shirt you’ve ever worn.
Bespoke shirts are perfectly balanced: flattering on the body and comfortable to wear. They will frame a tailored suit perfectly – ensuring, for example, that the perfect amount of cuff is shown at the wrist.
To achieve this your consultant will take 12 body measurements as well as detailed posture notes – and an individual pattern is then cut exclusively for you, which is retained for future orders.
Styles range from formal to business to weekend casualwear, and your consultant will expertly guide you through the many choices that are available, creating a truly unique garment. These include:
– over 1000 cloths in a variety of weights, patterns and colours
– 9 types of collar, including: cutaway, club, collar tab, hidden button down and wing
– 18 different types of cuff
Mens tailored shirts are £110-£130 depending on the cloth you choose, and when ordered without a suit, carry a 3 shirt minimum order. There are also a number of feature options you may wish to add, including various pockets, pleats and plackets – as well as real mother of pearl buttons. There is also the opportunity to coordinate your details with the addition of a contrast cloth under the cuff, collar or placket (£20 surcharge).
Bespoke shirts involve many hours of detailed craftsmanship and attention to detail, from the cut of the pattern to the personal monogramming on the cuff. The seams are carefully constructed using single needle stitching and the buttons are sewn on with a secure cross-lock – for strength and durability.
